Paano &#x27;yung mahihirap nating kababayan?&quot; Escudero said. </p><p>(The bill expands the grounds but there is no mechanism for PAO to handle these cases, so only the rich who can afford lawyers will benefit. Para po sa akin ang anulment dapat maging accessible to the poor, that&#x27;s all I can say,&quot; Villanueva said in a speaking engagement.</p><p>(Of course, domestic violence and hellish conditions at home are a different matter. Risa Hontiveros, Raffy Tulfo, Robinhood Padilla, Pia Cayetano, and Imee Marcos.
