Government officials and guests in Imus City raise a Philippine Flag at the National Flag Shrine and Imus Heritage Park in Alapan in celebration of National Flag Day on Tuesday in Imus, Cavite. The province of Cavite and the National Historical Commission of the Philippines also paid tribute to the Filipinos who earned their first major victory in May 1898 during the war of independence against Spain.
