May demand siya sa market although ang No. 1 substance abuse pa rin sa Philippines yung shabu kaya we are challenged to have more arrest and confiscation of illegal drugs na shabu and followed by marijuana and even before may history of arrest sa ketamine. Hindi naman ito first time. May market kasi siya and may legal use siya,&quot; paliwanag niya.</p><p>&quot;Prescribed but dangerous drugs. Kapag naabuso it will lead to the death of an individual or user. Iba yung drug user ng shabu, iba yung drug user ng marijuana, iba yung drug user ng cocaine at saka ketamine iba rin.
