Ang pagpapatupad nito ay batay sa <a href="https://www.dswd.gov.ph/issuances/MCs/MC_2024-004.pdf" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">DSWD Memorandum Circular No. 2024-04</a>.</p><div style="margin:0in;line-height:115%"><br/></div><p style="margin:0in;line-height:115%">Batay sa nasabing memorandum circular, ang halaga ng tulong sa ilalim ng AKAP ay depende sa uri nito, taliwas sa nakasaad sa post ng nasabing Facebook page. Ang iba’t-ibang uri at limitasyon ng tulong na maaaring matanggap sa ilalim ng programa ay ang mga sumusunod:</p><div style="margin:0in;line-height:115%"><br/></div><ul style="margin-left:20px;list-style-type:disc"><li style="margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;line-height:115%">“Relief assistance” o <strong>tulong na bigas</strong> na hindi hihigit sa halaga ng 25 kilo na bigas minsan kada tatlong buwan</li><li style="margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;line-height:115%">“Medical assistance” o <strong>tulong para sa mga medikal na gastusin</strong> mula P1,000 hanggang P150,000 kada admission/discharge o minsanang tulong para sa mga naospital na may malalang sakit</li><li style="margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;line-height:115%">“Funeral assistance” o <strong>tulong para sa burol at libing</strong> mula P5,000 hanggang P50,000 kada taong namatay o namatayan</li><li style="margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;line-height:115%"><strong>“Food assistance”</strong> mula P2,000 hanggang P10,000 minsan kada tatlong buwan</li><li style="margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;line-height:115%">“Cash relief assistance” o <strong>tulong pinansyal</strong> mula P2,000 hanggang P10,000 kada kwalipikadong insidente</li></ul><div style="margin:0in;line-height:115%"> </div><p style="margin:0in;line-height:115%">Ang mga kwalipikadong benepisyaryo ng AKAP ay maaaring makatanggap ng food, medical, funeral, at cash relief assistance sa mga DSWD field at satellite office at rice assistance naman sa lokal na pamahalaan. Sila ay limitado sa mga may kita na hindi lalampas sa <a href="https://nwpc.dole.gov.ph/#dmwr" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">minimum wage</a>, na umaabot mula P316 hanggang P610 kada araw depende sa rehiyon at uri ng trabaho.</p><div style="margin:0in;line-height:115%"> </div><p style="margin:0in;line-height:115%">Upang mapatunayan ang kita, kinakailangan magsumite ng aplikante ng dokumento tulad ng kontrata sa trabaho, Certificate of Employment with Compensation, o Income Tax Return.</p><div style="margin:0in;line-height:115%"> </div><p style="margin:0in;line-height:115%">Bukod dito, hindi kwalipikado ang mga tumatanggap ng iba pang tulong mula sa DSWD.
