In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Nancy Jimenez Gamo admitted that she registered Hong Sheng Gaming Technology with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) but did not have any participation with the POGO in any other capacity.

Guo was former incorporator of Baofu Land Development which owned the compound where Hong Sheng leased office space. Hong Sheng was later on shut down for illegal activities such as scamming.

Gamo insisted that all documents of Hong Sheng were legal: “‘Yung documentation niyan ay dumaan sa tamang proseso. Legal. Kaya, makikita mo yung pangalan ko doon. Dahil, kung alam ko na iligal, eh hindi ko gagamitin yung pangalan ko.”

When Guo was already mayor, a representative from Zun Yuan Gaming Technology allegedly reached out to Gamo and asked her to register the business with SEC, which she did.

As for her relation with Guo, Gamo said it was only on a per project basis. “I have known Miss Alice way back 2012. Nag-freelance na ko that time. Tinap niya yung services ko for some work sa registration ng companies niya…Hindi ako regular accountant,” she said.

Gamo was absent in the May 22 Senate hearing. She said she received the invitation to attend only on May 21 and was not able to read the email immediately.

During the hearing, Guo initially denied knowing her but later on acknowledged employing Gamo upon the prodding of Senator Risa Hontiveros.
