But she added that she does not feel &quot;the most comfortable just (Trump) leading.&quot;&quot;His attitudes and character traits, especially being me a woman and being a minority, that kind of turns me off,&quot; Shakal added.A YouGov poll has shown that Trump won the debate. But independent voter Genevieve Santiago from New Hampshire is leaning towards Biden despite his shaky performance.Biden later admitted that while he no longer does debates &quot;as well as I used to,&quot; he still knows &quot;how to do this job.&quot;&quot;I thought this was a good time for him to show he&#x27;s competent, has power and understands what&#x27;s going on,&quot; Santiago said. &quot;He had a couple of fumbles but I think he did all right overall.&quot;Santiago said like many independent voters, she could still be convinced to vote for Trump.In a 2020 election exit poll, 54% of independent voters chose Biden while 41% opted for Trump.“If Trump presented an actual plan and was a little less negative about everything,&quot; Santiago said, &quot;and started talking about how he was going to get us out of whatever issues he believes we&#x27;re suffering with right now, then maybe I could back him.”Polls leading up to the debate repeatedly indicate that Trump and Biden were virtually neck and neck, particularly in battleground states like Georgia.“It&#x27;s like the lesser of two evils,&quot; Garnace said. &quot;That&#x27;s how a lot of people feel right now.
