A Senate panel approved a motion to cite suspended Mayor Guo in contempt and ordered her arrest after she failed to show up at their investigation due to medical reasons. Seven other individuals, allegedly related to Guo and linked to the illegal POGO operations in Porac, Pampanga, were also cited in contempt for not attending the Senate hearing.
