<p>MANILA -- <span style="line-height:107%">The local government of Malabon on Sunday announced the suspension of classes at all levels in the city&#x27;s public and private schools on Monday, July 22.</span></p><p>In an online post, the Malabon LGU said that this is due to the rains brought by the southwest monsoon.
