Ferdinand Topacio questioned the impartiality of the DILG, especially since the reward money came from private individuals, and not government funds.</p><p>&quot;Ito po ang nakakataka sa pabuya na ito, inamin naman na hindi galing sa gobyerno ang pabuya,&quot; Topacio, who is Quiboloy’s legal counsel, told Teleradyo Serbisyo Monday night.</p><p>&quot;Kung mayroon pong nag-iinteres na arestuhin si Pastor Quiboloy at nagbibigay ng pabuya, bakit? Tingnan po nila kung anong interes ng mga taong ito, at baka nagiging subjective, nagiging hindi na pantay, hindi na nagiging impartial ang administration ng justice sapagkat pinapasukan na po ng private interests,&quot; he added.</p><p>For Topacio, the reward money should come from government funds, and the DILG should not have accepted money from private individuals.</p><p>&quot;It is so wrong on so many levels…Hindi naman po mahirap intindihin eh. Pagka may pribadong tao na ang nagbibigay niyan, ay bakit?
