MANILA — The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Tuesday reminded Pasig City residents that sidewalks are not an extension of one’s household or any business establishment.

"Meron tayong allotted sidewalk para sa taumbayan, however nagkakaroon ng problema when it comes to extension of business establishment when it comes to nagiging parking area ng mga motorsiklo,” MMDA Strike Force officer-in-charge Gabriel Go said.
The clearing team confiscated a dog house and other pavement obstructions such as business extensions in front of a sari-sari store in Barangay Maybunga.
