Posible d’yang may mabuong low pressure area sa mga susunod na araw at pumasok ng ating Philippine area of responsibility,” he added. PAGASA said the occasional rains from the habagat will hit Zambales, Bataan, Occidental Mindoro, and Palawan, PAGASA said. “Asahan po yung pabugso-bugsong mahina hanggang katamtamang pag-ulan at minsan lumalakas po ‘yan pagsapit ng tanghali hanggang sa gabi kaya mag-ingat po sa mga posibleng pagbaha at pagguho ng lupa,” Estareja said. Metro Manila, Western Visayas, Negros Island Region, Calabarzon, Pangasinan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bulacan, and the rest of Mimaropa will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains or thunderstorms, PAGASA added. Bicol Region and the rest of Central Luzon and Visayas should expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Several local government units in Luzon have suspended classes on Thursday due to inclement weather. <div><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/2024/8/28/class-suspensions-for-thursday-aug-29-due-to-inclement-weather-2220">#WalangPasok: Class suspensions for Thursday, Aug. 29, due to inclement weather</a></div>
