MANILA – Criminal charges have been lodged against Cassandra Li Ong and Shiela Guo, earlier identified as the sister of dismissed Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice, the Department of Justice said Thursday.

“Itong mga kasong ito na mga nahain na sa korte, hindi ito kasingbigat ng qualified trafficking, money laundering dahil itong si Cassie (Ong) at Shiela, nakabalika, subject sila ng warrantless arrest ng NBI. At kung warrantless arrest, limitado ang mga maaaring ikaso sa kanila,” Ty told TeleRadyo Serbisyo.
