MANILA — A total of 2,732 jobs in the government are up for grabs in the upcoming nationwide job fair to be sponsored by the Civil Service Commission, one of its commissioners said Friday.

The vacancies are from the Land Bank of the Philippines, Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Education, Department of Finance, and the Bureau of Internal Revenue.

The CSC kicks off with its vibe run where they encourage the public to join the fun run with a P250 registration fee.
Fees to be collected will go straight to the "Pamanang Lingkod Bayani" program, which gives financial assistance to family of government workers who die n the line of duty.
For the month of September, government workers will also enjoy different freebies provided that they can show their office identification card, Lizada said.
