(Second), alam naman nating noong nakaraang Aug. 31 nagtamo ito ng mga structural damage, ito isang ang pangunahing dahilan kung bakit we bring her back sa port,&quot; said Tarriela.</p><p>&quot;Third, they have already critical supply.
