Guo was ordered detained by the Quad Comm until its committee report regarding the investigation on illegal Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators is adopted in the plenary. The question on her jurisdiction will be discussed after the hearing.

Paduano said they will ask for the Valenzuela City court for authority to transfer Guo's detention to the House.
