MANILA — The House of Representatives adjourned session immediately after it was called to order on Monday due to inclement weather brought about by tropical storm Enteng.

The lower house did not suspend work on Monday, but House Secretary General Reginald Velasco said “staff and employees, who are unable to report for work due to flooding” will be “excused from work”.
