MANILA -- Dismissed Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo will share a detention cell with one of the co-accused of Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) Pastor Apollo Quiboloy, according to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).

BJMP Spokesperson JSupt. Jayrex Bustinera said on Sunday that Guo is expected to be transferred from the PNP custodial facility in Camp Crame to the Pasig City Jail Female Dormitory on Monday.

“Handa na ‘yung paglalagyan niya, na-check na din ‘yung mga possibly niyang makasama at chineck na din ‘yung profiles sa ating risk assessment,” Bustinera said in Teleradyo Serbisyo interview.

“Nagdagdag na din tayo ng karagdagang tao, security personnel. Pati preparations kung may a-attend-an siyang hearings sa mga susunod na araw, naka-standby lang naman kami,” he added.

Bustinera also confirmed that Guo will be detained with one of Quiboloy’s co-accused, along with other existing detainees.

“Kasi merong tatlong dinala [Quiboloy’s co-accused) 2 weeks ago. Pinaghiwa-hiwalay sila since tatlo lang din ang selda, may kasama siyang [Guo] isa,” he said.

“Walang any special preparation para sa space niya kasi lagi namin sinasabi na sumusunod lang kami sa korte at kung anong itsura nun, ‘yun na ‘yun, wala kaming magagawa,” he added.

Meanwhile, Atty. Nicole Jamilla, legal counsel for Guo, filed an urgent motion on Saturday with the Pasig Regional Trial Court (RTC) requesting that Guo remain at the PNP custodial facility.

But they have already prepared Guo in case their request is not approved.

“Considering ‘yung high profile cases niya and maraming mga cases, maraming mga court, congress na hindi alam kung saan siya idedetain, so we are of the opinion na mas maganda na neutral ground which is dito sa custodial,” Jamilla said.

GUO ON QUADCOMM’S “MATRIX”

Guo denies any connection to criminal syndicates following the House Quad Committee's vow that it will present a "matrix" in the next hearing, which allegedly links her to the Chinese triad.

“Hindi niya alam kung ano ‘yun at hindi niya masabi kung saan galing at ano ‘yung basis. Sabi niya, sasagutin niya at sa ngayon clear siya na wala siyang kinalaman sa matrix o alleged gang na kino-connect sa kanya,” Jamilla said.

WESLEY GUO’S WHEREABOUTS

Meanwhile, there is no news from Guo's camp regarding the whereabouts of her brother Wesley.

According to Jamilla, they have not been able to contact him and have no means of reaching him.
