MANILA (UPDATE) — Without sharing specific details, Sen. Risa Hontiveros on Wednesday said their brief executive session with dismissed Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo the previous day still left her unsatisfied, save for one revelation that "corroborated" their earlier "theory."

In a separate statement, Sen. JV Ejercito said Guo could be a state witness "if she will divulge who are the masterminds behind this syndicate...as she is the least guilty."
