Detail hindi ko masasabi. Siyempre dumadating yung point ng isang tao yung nadi-discourage ka diba? Kasi yung mga kasama mo nandiyan na lahat. So human being that we are, dumarating yung point ng kahinaan natin gusto nating humarap. Which is actually yun naman ang dapat gawin eh,” David said.</p><p>(He wants to surrender. I can&#x27;t say the details. Of course, it comes to a point where someone gets discouraged right, because all of your companions are back. She is set to return to the Philippines on Thursday night, a senator said. </p><p>The Guos&#x27; other sibling Shiela and Cassandra Ong, a POGO representative, were arrested in Indonesia in late August. </p><div><strong>ALICE AS STATE WITNESS?</strong></div><p>Asked if Guo could be a state witness, David said she was not qualified.</p><p>“Unang una wala naman siyang ite-testify eh papano siya magiging state witness. Yung allegations sa kanya sasagutin niya yun pero ang state witness kasi kailangan magturo ka ng kung ano ano eh papaano? I don’t see how she can manage on that. She can answer allegations against her but a state witness should point things out so how? I don&#x27;t see how she can manage on that because she does not have participations in POGO.)</p><p>He said it was likely that Guo would be brought back to the country within the day as mentioned by government officials.</p><p>“Alam ko naman maaaresto siya eh. Thats why I’m always requesting her to surrender kasi you cannot escape the long arm of the law. Lagi kong sinasabi sa kanya it’s better for her, she may not realize it right now, but it’s better for her that she be here kasi we have to face all these allegations and charges against her,” David said.</p><p>(I know that she would be arrested, that&#x27;s why I&#x27;m always requesting her to surrender because you cannot escape the long arm of the law.
