MANILA -- The Philippine National Police (PNP) confirmed on Sunday that Pastor Apollo Quiboloy, along with his co-accused Jackielyn Roy, Ingrid Canada, Cresente Canada, and Sylvia Cemañes, have surrendered to authorities.According to PNP Spokesperson P/Col. Jean Fajardo, they took them into custody around 5:30 p.m. and subsequently flew them from Davao to Villamor Air Base in Pasay City.&quot;Lumapag po ang C130 lulan nitong mga nasabing indibidwal at nakarating po sila dito sa Villamor around 8:30 ng gabi at nakarating po tayo dito sa custodial facility ng mga around 9:10 ng gabi po,&quot; Fajardo said.Fajardo disclosed that negotiations for their peaceful surrender began at around 1:30 p.m., following a 24-hour ultimatum given to them.&quot;Nagbigay po ang PNP po ng ultimatum po na sumuko sila, otherwise papasukin na po natin &#x27;yung isang particular building na hindi po tayo pinapayagan pong pumasok,&quot; she said.&quot;Nagkaroon po ng negotiation ang PNP na kinatawan po ng intelligence group at ISAFP that led to the peaceful surrender ni Pastor Quiboloy at apat pa,&quot; she added.<div><a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/2024/9/8/apollo-quiboloy-has-been-arrested-dilg-1827">READ: Apollo Quiboloy has been arrested: DILG</a></div>Quiboloy and his associates were found inside the Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) compound.They were taken to the PNP custodial facility in Camp Crame, where they underwent the booking process, including fingerprinting, mugshots, and physical and medical examinations.&quot;Nasa maayos naman silang kondisyon although some of them based po doon sa medical examination, medyo mataas ang BP pero other than that okay naman po sila,&quot; Fajardo said.Upon their arrival at the custodial facility, all cases were served.Quiboloy faces charges of child abuse, sexual abuse, and qualified trafficking. They were informed of the charges against them, and their lawyer was present during the proceedings.&quot;Bukas po inaasahan natin na ire-return po &#x27;yung mga warrants of arrest doon po sa issuing courts, particularly dyan po sa Quezon City kung saan nailipat na po &#x27;yung mga kasong naisampa po natin sa Davao at doon naman sa RTC 159,&quot; Fajardo said.
