Hotel101 tops off Japan hotel

Handout.MANILA -- Hotel101 has topped off its hotel in Hotel101-Niseko in <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/business/07/12/23/doubledragons-hotel101-names-sales-agent-for-japan" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Hokkaido,</a> Japan.In a statement, DoubleDragon said the hotel will have 482 rooms and open in December 2026, just in time for tourists visiting one of the world’s most celebrated ski destinations.Niseko is a small mountain village known for its powdery snow.  Earlier this year, Hotel101 parent Double Dragon also topped up its hotel in <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/4/14/doubledragon-tops-up-hotel-in-madrid-eyes-december-completion-1532" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Madrid</a>.Aside from the ones in Japan and Spain, Hotel101 is also opening hotels in 4 locations in <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/5/29/hotel101-enters-joint-venture-to-open-hotels-in-saudi-arabia-1126" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Saudi Arabia</a>, 2 locations in <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/8/20/hotel101-to-open-2-hotels-in-cambodia-1545" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Cambodia</a>, and in <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/12/1/hotel101-to-open-hotel-in-milan-italy-1300" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Milan, Italy</a>. In the Philippines, there are Hotel101 properties in Pasay City and The Fort in Taguig. It will also soon open hotels in Cebu, Davao, Bohol, Boracay, and Libis in Quezon City.DoubleDragon hopes Hotel101 will have 1 million rooms in over 100 countries worldwide.The company has identified 25 priority markets, including the Philippines, Spain, US, UK, Japan, and several countries across Asia, Europe, and Middle East.DoubleDragon’s Hotel101 is the first Filipino-owned company to list on the US <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/6/3/hotel101-one-step-closer-to-nasdaq-listing-1307" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Nasdaq Stock Exchange</a>.
