MANILA — Executive Secretary Ralph Recto said on Friday that he expects a “better, stronger Philippine economy” after inflation slowed to 1.5 percent in November.Recto, who previously served as Finance Secretary, attributed the inflation easing to the “Marcos Jr. administration’s intensified efforts to stabilize prices and secure the nation’s food supply, especially rice, vegetables, and meat.”“Better days are coming.
