MANILA - The Department of Transportation has ordered all bus companies to fix their terminals in 60 days.

Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon said they will inspect bus terminals after 30 days. Bus firms will then be given another 30 days to comply or face closure of their terminals plus other sanctions.

“Nag-isyu rin tayo ng 60-day notice sa lahat ng mga bus companies na pagandahin nila at ayusin nila ang mga terminal nila. So, siguro after 30 days ay iinspeksyunin natin iyan kung talagang ginagawa na nila iyan, at they have, I think, 30 more days to comply,” he said in a Palace press briefing Friday, May 30.
