(GERI) is initially spending P5 billion in building a new beachside township in Nasugbu, Batangas.</p><p>In a statement, Megaworld said Nascala Coast will have residential villages, condominiums, commercial spaces, mixed-use centers, and town centers.  </p><p>The 116-hectare property will give residents panoramic views of Nasugbu Bay and the surrounding Mount Batulao and other mountain ranges.</p><p>It will be 2.5 hours away from Metro Manila, an hour away from Tagaytay, and accessible via the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), Manila-Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX), or the Ternate-Nasugbu Highway.</p><p>&quot;This township captures the essence of Nasugbu’s distinct allure, where unspoiled beaches, breathtaking mountain vistas, and a deep cultural heritage converge,&quot; said GERI president Monica Salomon.</p><p>In 2024, GERI also said it is building the 15-hectare <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/business/2024/5/27/megaworld-unit-to-develop-beachfront-property-in-batangas-922" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Lialto Beach and Golf Estates</a> in Lian town, Batangas.
