Cebu Pacific returns to normal operations as weather improves

MANILA — Cebu Pacific announced Saturday it is returning to regular operations following several cancelled flights this week due to heavy rains.

It reminded travelers that flight delays are still possible even as the weather gradually improves.

Cebu Pacific also thanked its passengers and clients for their patience throughout the week.

The airline added that it is still offering flexible options, such as free rebooking or conversion to Travel Fund, to passengers who would choose to postpone travel on the following flights:

•  Cauayan, Laoag, San Jose, Tuguegarao: July 26  
•  Taipei: July 26 – 27  
•  Kaohsiung: July 28

"We are grateful to the airport authorities for their swift and vital support during this time," the airline also said. "Their coordination helped us quickly recover our airport operations and flight services."

The airline also commended its frontline staff. 

"Despite the challenging conditions, they remained focused on ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers," it stressed.
