<div> </div>The Love Bus - iconic blue buses that operated on a flat fare and fixed schedule - will soon roll out in Metro Manila and other key cities following the announcement of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon said government has already rolled out “Libreng Sakay” programs in Cebu and Davao during peak hours, from 6 a.m.-9 a.m. and 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.“Iro-roll out na natin ‘yan as the new Love Bus, sisimulan sa Cebu at Davao, sa Metro Manila at key cities. Makikipag-partner tayo sa mga private sectors. Isa-subsidize ng gobyerno ‘yan,” he said.The transport chief said the Love Bus will ply heavy traffic routes even during weekends.“Pag-aaralan pa (kung kasama EDSA) kasi may ng busway na dyan…By year-end itong Love Bus masisimulan na natin ito,” he said.
