<p>MANILA — The Home Development Mutual Fund of Pag-IBIG is offering a special 3 percent subsidized housing loan rate for the first ten years of the loan term for members who want to avail of socialized housing units.</p><p>Pag-IBIG Vice President for Public and Member Relations Group Jack Jacinto in a televised interview said that the special rate is available for the first 30,000 eligible borrowers under the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Program.</p><p>“Iyon pong unang 30,000 borrowers under the Pag-IBIG housing loan para po sa expanded 4PH ay magkakaroon po ng pagkakataon na ma-enjoy iyon pong ating special subsidized three percent rate sa unang sampung taon ng kanilang loan. Sa karaniwan po kasi, limang taon po iyong special subsidized three percent rate, iyong unang limang taon po ng kanilang loan term,” Jacinto said.</p><p>“Under po sa ating early bird promo, iyon pong unang 30,000 borrowers po natin ay mai-enjoy po iyan subsidized rate na iyan hindi lamang for the first five years of the loan, ngunit for the first ten years of the loan, isang dekada po na mai-enjoy po nila iyan special subsidized three percent rate.”</p><p>Overseas Filipino workers and first-time home buyers who are minimum wage or low-income earners are qualified to avail of the loan, Jacinto said.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/3/20/patrol-ng-pilipino-bilang-ng-pag-ibig-members-na-nag-avail-ng-mp2-savings-higit-milyon-na-2102">Bilang ng Pag-IBIG members na nag-avail ng MP2 savings, higit milyon na</a></div><p>“Sakop po ng Expanded 4PH program ang lahat ng socialized housing units. Maaari po nilang i-submit iyan doon po sa, una, sa developer na nag-develop ng property, iyon pong expanded 4PH na socialized housing unit—so doon po sa developer.&quot; </p><p>&quot;Pangalawa po, maaari po isumite iyan doon po sa DSHUD regional office, sa regional office po ng Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development.
