<p>MANILA – Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) reported an 8 percent increase in net income to P14.2 billion in the first half of 2025. </p><p>In a disclosure to the stock exchange, ALI said the gains were backed by stable property development revenues and record-high leasing and hospitality income.</p><p>“Our sales momentum is improving, and we are preparing for a busy second half with P57 billion in new property development launches, and the completion of reinvention works of malls and hotels,” said ALI President and CEO Anna Ma. Margarita Bautista-Dy. </p><p>The company reported consolidated revenues grew to P83.1 billion, with property development contributing P52.3 billion, led by strong sales in commercial and industrial lots and premium residential projects. </p><p>Residential revenues reached P41.3 billion, driven by higher recognized revenues from AyalaLand Premier and Alveo developments. The property giant noted robust demand in Arca South in Taguig, Circuit Makati, and Arillo in Batangas.</p><p>Sales reservations reached P73.7 billion in the first half, averaging P12.3 billion in monthly sales — up from P11.8 billion in 2024. Premium residential projects accounted for P40.6 billion in sales, while core residential sales hit P25.1 billion, bolstered by strong Q2 performance.</p><p>The company launched P42.9 billion worth of projects during the period, including Laurean Residences in Makati and industrial lots in Cavite.</p><p>Leasing and hospitality revenues climbed 5 percent to P23.2 billion — ALI’s highest first-half result — with malls and offices each posting 5 percent growth.
