<p>MANILA — Publicly-listed energy firm First Gen Corp. maintains that it only enters into contracts and agreements after thorough evaluation and approval by its board of directors.</p><p>In a statement, First Gen also said it observes stockholders’ rights to equal access to material information to avoid premature and selective disclosure.</p><p>“This holds true for the transactions with the Prime Infra Group, which all members of First Gen’s Board of Directors — including Chairman and CEO Federico R. Lopez and Director Manuel L.
