TAGUIG — Hindi umano mag-dadalawang isip ang hepe ng National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) na sibakin sa puwesto ang sino mang pulis na lalabag sa Police Operational Procedure o POP.Sa isinagawang press briefing sa Camp Bagong Diwa sa Taguig, sinabi ni P/BGen. Anthony Aberin na hindi lang ang mabababang ranggo ang kanilang didisiplinahin kundi pati na rin ang mga immediate supervisors.“Of coure they will be subjected to administrative investigation for any lapses sa mga policies and guidelines na ini-issue po ng inyong lingkod at saka po &#x27;yung policies and guidelines po ng Philippine National Police,” sabi ni Aberin.Kasunod ang mga pahayag ng heneral isang linggo matapos ang insidente ng pamamaril sa Makati na nasaksihan ni Rep. Ngunit malinaw umano na may nilabag ang mga ito sa polisiya.“Kailangan ma-explain natin kung ano &#x27;yung POP, ang pinaka importante diyan is when to make arrests, when to draw your firearms, and when to fire your firearms. &#x27;Yun lang naman ang most important, the rest ile-lecture natin during pre-deployment operations briefing,” sabi ni Aberin.“Actually, they are already [under] pre-charged investigation, I have ordered the district director to conduct necessary investigation, and of course let’s hear their side,” dagdag niha.“I believe may na-violate po na police operational procedure kasi hindi ka naman puwedeng magpaputok, wala na pong warning shot eh, hindi po tayo nagwa-warning shot po dapat,” sabi pa niya.
