Santi San Juan, PPA pool/FileMANILA -- President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. called on the military to stand for the Constitution and for the Filipino people.</div>The president led the oath-taking of 36 newly-promoted generals and flag officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines at the Ceremonial Hall inside the Malacañan Palace on Wednesday, December 4.In his speech, Marcos Jr. highlighted the responsibilities and the vital role of the military in upholding the integrity of the nation and ensuring the safety and security of every Filipino.&quot;Every decision we make now every action that we take will help shape the course of our Republic,&quot; he said.&quot;As our senior officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, I enjoined you to lead with honor, serve with integrity and inspire others with your example.
