Street dance competition marks 119th founding anniversary of Navotas

The street dances, a fixture of the festival, showcase the culture and industry of what is known as the Fishing Capital of the Philippines.Tangos National High School, whose performers wore sea creature-inspired costumes, won the competition as back-to-back champions.
