Asked whether the Iglesia Ni Cristo's national rally for peace was organized in connection with the impeachment complaints against Vice President Sara Duterte, the religious group's spokesperson Edwil Zabala on Monday (January 13) said the gathering was influenced by a statement from President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. — that the ouster attempts will not benefit a single Filipino.
