Maria Tan, ABS-CBN News/File</div>MANILA -- The Office of the Vice President did not turn down a vlogger&#x27;s request for help after being arrested for posting a photo of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. that had a red arrow and &quot;headshot&quot; caption. This, according to Vice President Sara Duterte.The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) last week said they arrested the Pagadian-based vlogger for the image, saying the post seemed to have a &quot;different&quot; intention. Reports circulating on social media, however, claimed that when the vlogger&#x27;s family went to the Vice President&#x27;s office, they were turned down. In an interview in Zamboanga City, Duterte belied the circulating information. &quot;I never received a request of help from the family of the vlogger and it is highly unlikely for us to say no because this is a matter of legal assistance. Because there is a case, so usually we refer it for legal advice kung mayroon nang abugado,&quot; she said. &quot;Very unlikely na humindi yung Office of the Vice President. Kasi ang protocol, SOP namin sa opisina, kapag mayroong lumapit ng tulong at example pag-assess ng tao,  legal problem siya, hinahanapan siya o pina-partner siya sa abugadong pwedeng magbigay ng legal advice,&quot; she added. The vlogger earlier said he does not intend to hurt anyone with his post and admitted his mistake in using &quot;headshot&quot; as a caption. &quot;Nagmamaneho ako noon at nagmamadali, kaya mali ang nailagay kong caption,&quot; the vlogger said. &quot;Ang tinutukoy kong headshot ay &#x27;yung pagtapat ng salitang &#x27;bogo&#x27; sa ulo ng Pangulo — dahil Bogo City ang nakalagay doon sa larawan. Sa Bisaya, iba ang kahulugan ng &#x27;bogo&#x27; pero sa Tagalog, ang dating ay &#x27;bobo.&#x27; Wala akong intensyon manira o magbanta,&quot; he explained. The NBI earlier said it was preparing grave threats and inciting to sedition complaints against the suspect.
