Job Manahan, ABS-CBN News</div>MANILA (UPDATED) -- Advocacy groups and several farmers on Sunday held a solidarity concert called &quot;Korapchella,&quot; which sought accountability in corruption as the government continues its probe on anomalous flood control projects. Korapchella—framed after the international music and arts festival Coachella—gathered local and independent artists and musicians at the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City. Aside from wanting accountability, the organizers want those implicated in the flood control mess to return public funds. &quot;We want to sustain the momentum because we want na may managot. Wala pang isang nananagot, wala pang isang nakukulong so we won&#x27;t stop until may makulong na senador, kongresista, and even Marcos Jr,&quot; said Edge Uyanguren, one of Korapchella&#x27;s organizers. &quot;It was trillions of pesos, habang gutom ang mamamayan, habang gutom ang mamamayan. They are enjoying our taxes,&quot; Uyanguren added. Local farmers also flocked to UP Diliman to air their grievances. Mario Tapi-on said public funds could&#x27;ve been spent on social services and to improve their wages. &quot;Mayroon namang pera na inilaan para sa tulong sa manggagawa at magsasaka pero ninakaw at pinabayaan ng mga tao natin,&quot; he told ABS-CBN News. Danielle Madrid said they would not stop unless people were held accountable for irregular infrastructure projects. &quot;Hanggang ngayon, hindi pa natatapos ang flood control projects. Ngayon bumabagyo nanaman, marami nanamang Pilipino at manggagawa at magsasaka na apektado nito,&quot; Madrid said.  &quot;So hindi kami titigil sa kakakalampag sa gobyerno natin para managot ang mga kurakot na ito,&quot; she added. The event—considered a build-up for the upcoming Bonifacio Day protests on Nov. 30—will be held until 9 p.m.Those attending the event can buy food, stickers, and other accessories meant to support local artists. Among those who attended were former House lawmakers Teddy Casiño and Arlene Brosas, as well as Ronnel Arambulo, a former senatorial candidate from the Makabayan slate. The three of them talked about problems with land reform and the current challenges of farmers.
