I know that our people, the taxpayers, are very agitated because they want someone punished. Unfortunately, hindi role ng ICI iyon (that is not the role of the ICI). We’ll not,” Reyes said.</p><p>“Well, we’re gathering evidence. We cannot show our evidence.
