Mark Demayo, ABS-CBN News</span></span></span></div><div><br/></div><p>MANILA — The Quezon City Government announced on Tuesday it has terminated four projects awarded to companies linked to Pacifico &quot;Curlee&quot; and Sarah Discaya, who are both tagged in the flood control scandal.</p><p>In a statement, the city government clarified that only these four projects were awarded to Discaya-linked companies or joint ventures, out of more than 1,300 infrastructure projects currently being implemented.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/10/4/discayas-visit-doj-for-submission-of-more-evidence-in-flood-control-mess-2038">Discayas visit DOJ for submission of more evidence in flood control mess</a></div><p>The city government said it reviewed the following projects after the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board revoked the licenses of Discaya-linked companies and their PhilGEPS membership was cancelled, due to violations of licensing requirements and procurement laws.</p><p>- Proposed Construction of Six-Story with Deck Multi-Purpose Building</p><p>- Proposed Construction of Reinforced Concrete Canal at Ermitaño Creek</p><p>- Proposed Construction of Housing 32-Balingasa High Rise Housing (Phase 1A) in Brgy. Balingasa</p><p>- Proposed Construction of Housing 32-Balingasa High Rise Housing (Phase 2) in Brgy. Balingasa</p><p>&quot;After the observance of the periods required by law, or as of September 19, 2025, all four (4) of the said projects involving Discaya-linked companies have been terminated,&quot; the city government said. </p><p>It added that Quezon City government strictly followed due process in all its procurement activities,  including bidding and publication on its website.</p><p>&quot;The Quezon City Government has nothing to hide.
