Mark Villar on Tuesday showed up at the office of the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) to attend its probe into the flood control scandal as a resource person.</p><p>Prior to his election as senator in 2022, Villar was the DPWH Secretary from 2016 to 2021 under the Duterte administration.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/10/1/ici-eyes-sen-mark-villar-as-resource-person-in-flood-control-probe-1542">ICI eyes Sen.
