It’s all here, everything is here,” the lawyer said when pressed for further details.</p><p>“Perhaps the best person to ask [are] the people from the DOJ. For now, nag-participate kami, we participated in the investigation, we filed our respective affidavits,” he added.</p><p>The dismissed Department of Public Works and Highways engineer late last month showed up to the DOJ with documents and notes.
