MANILA -- The water level at the Marikina River remains within the normal range of 14.5-meters as of 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, amidst the onslaught of Super Typhoon Uwan.Nonetheless, those who lived near riverbanks and in low-lying areas that are prone to flooding were preemptively evacuated.In Barangay Sto.
