Jonathan Cellona, ABS-CBN News</span></span></span></div><div><br/></div><p>MANILA — The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) on Thursday declined to comment on reports about an impending arrest warrant against Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa but said it is ready to implement any court order.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/11/11/doj-says-yet-to-receive-rumored-icc-arrest-warrant-vs-bato-0907">Surrendering Bato to ICC also an option aside from &#x27;longer&#x27; extradition: DOJ</a></div><p>Reports have circulated regarding an alleged arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court (ICC) against the former Philippine National Police chief over his role in then-President Rodrigo Duterte’s bloody anti-drug campaign.</p><p>“As of now, I cannot comment on that. But if there is an order from a competent court, whoever po ang nakapangalan doon (whoever is named there), we will implement the warrant of arrest,” said Police Maj. Gen.
