Maria Tan, ABS-CBN News/File </span></span></span>MANILA — A party-list was able to gain access to Vice President Sara Duterte&#x27;s Statements of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN), amid calls for transparency and accountability due to the massive flood control scandal.</div><p>Akbayan party-list publicized Duterte&#x27;s SALNs on Wednesday, November 11, along with SALNs of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., former President Rodrigo Duterte, and former Ombudsman Samuel Martires.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/11/6/akbayan-seeks-marcos-duterte-saln-release-1020"><strong>Akbayan seeks Marcos, Duterte, Martires SALN release</strong></a></div><p><strong></strong>Duterte&#x27;s net worth increased to P88,512,370.22 as of December 31, 2024 from P71,658,841 when she became vice president.</p><p><strong></strong>She declared agricultural, memorial, and residential real properties valued at P66,808,891, jointly held with her husband Manases Carpio and their children.</p><p>Duterte&#x27;s SALN on December 31, 2023 showed her net worth at P77,508,841.</p><p>She meanwhile declared a net worth of P71,658,841 on her SALN on December 31, 2022.</p><p>The vice president maintained recently that her SALN is<a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/11/11/sara-duterte-hindi-mahirap-kunin-saln-ko-1838"> &quot;not difficult&quot; t</a>o obtain, since she expects her political rivals to go after her records.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/nation/2025/8/29/ovp-request-for-sara-duterte-s-saln-must-go-through-proper-channels-1624"><strong>OVP: Request for Sara Duterte&#x27;s SALN must go through proper channels</strong></a></div><p><strong></strong>In practice, however, the Office of the Ombudsman — repository for the SALNs of the president, vice president and members of constitutional commissions — restricted access to wealth declarations under Samuel Martires, who retired from the post earlier this year.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>FORMER PRESIDENT&#x27;S SALN</strong></div><p>The vice president&#x27;s father Rodrigo meanwhile declared a net worth of P37,305,462.17, as of his SALN on June 30, 2022.</p><p>He declared real properties amounting to P480,000 and personal properties totaling to P25,100,462.17.</p><p>When his term as president started, Rodrigo declared a net worth of P27,428,862.44 on his December 31, 2016 SALN.</p>
