<div><br id="isPasted"/></div><p>MANILA — In just a matter of minutes, the Senate on Thursday ended plenary deliberations on the 2026 budget of the Office of the Vice President with no questions asked.</p><p>The OVP budget was restored to its P889-million National Expenditure Program level. Unang-una sa inyong lahat, sa Senate beat ng friends from the media, the reason na pumunta ako dito ay para batiin kayong lahat ng blessed Christmas and a happy new year.
