The call for the House leadership to release the statement of assets, liabilities and net worth of former congressman Zaldy Co and lawmakers implicated in the flood control controversy may be tackled by the House SALN Review and Compliance Committee, according to one of the panel members.Quezon 1st District Representative Mark Enverga said he will bring the matter up during the committee meeting expected next week.“That would be interesting that we bring that up also during the discussion in our meeting, during the committee meeting. Ruy RondainAsked about the aircraft supposedly owned by his client, Rondain said Co does not own any, and that “any aircraft related to him is owned by Misibis Aviation”.“Separate si Mr. Co sa Misibis… Si Representative Co, wala siyang pagmamay-ari na any aircraft,” Rondain explained.According to the General Information Sheet submitted by Misibis Aviation &amp; Development Corporation to the Securities and Exchange Commission, as of last August, Co owns 7.2% of shares in the company, while 89.4% or a huge majority of the shares are owned by Misibis Land Inc.Based on Misibis Land Inc.’s GIS, the former congressman also owns 39% of its common shares and 40% of its preferred shares. Co’s wife and two children own the rest of the preferred shares, and a total 58.52% or majority of the common shares.SEC documents also show that Co has divested his shares from Sunwest Inc., which he co-founded.
