Randulf Tuaño told reporters, adding that being a POI is not considered a suspect yet.</p><p>According to the driver, he and Cabral were travelling along Kennon Road towards La Union at around 3 p.m. when Cabral asked him to stop at Kennon Road and be left there.</p><p>The driver then went to a nearby gasoline station. When he returned to the area at around 5 p.m., he allegedly failed to see Cabral. He then went back to the hotel where Cabral was staying, but she was also not there.</p><p>He reported the incident to the police at around 7 p.m., and at around 8 p.m., Cabral&#x27;s body was found at the side of Bued River, at least 20 meters below the highway.</p><p>The PNP said that Cabral&#x27;s family refused to have her body undergo autopsy.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong><em>More details to follow.</em></strong></div><div><br/></div><p>.</p>
