Maria Tan, ABS-CBN News</span></span></span></div><p>MANILA — The Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) on Friday said it has secured another freeze order on assets of a construction firm found to have the greatest number of ghost flood control assets, along with individuals linked to the company.  </p><p>The new freeze order covers 280 bank accounts, 22 insurance policies, 3 securities accounts and 8 air assets.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/news/business/2025/11/26/amlc-secures-additional-freeze-orders-for-assets-of-officials-linked-to-flood-control-scandal-1034">AMLC secures two more freeze orders for assets of officials in flood control scandal</a></div><p>The AMLC said that to date, 4,679 bank accounts, 283 insurance policies, 255 motor vehicles, 178 real properties, 16 e-wallet accounts, and three securities accounts have been frozen due to their links to the anomalous flood control projects. </p><p>The total value of the frozen assets has reached P13 billion and is expected to increase as the investigation deepens, the AMLC said.</p><div><br/></div><div><em>More details to follow.</em></div><div><br/></div><p>.</p>
