Imee Marcos on Thursday expressed her opposition to the looming impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte.</p><p>Sen. Marcos, a known ally of Vice President Duterte, said the government should focus instead on problems that need to be addressed.</p><p>&quot;Ayoko ng impeachment. Ayoko ng destabilisasyon. Ayoko ng revolutionary government. Ayoko ng resignation. AYAW KO NG GULO!&quot; she said.</p><p>(I don&#x27;t want impeachment. I don&#x27;t want destabilization. I don&#x27;t want revolutionary government. I don&#x27;t want resignation. I don&#x27;t want chaos)</p><p>She said that government should instead focus on &quot;real&quot; problems like high rice prices, unemployment and low wages, lack of support for farmers and to PWDs, seniors and other vulnerable sectors.</p><p>&quot;Impeachment ba at destabilisasyon ang solusyon? Hindi ito ang sagot sa mga hamon na ating kinakaharap. Nakakahiya!&quot;</p><p>(Will impeachment or destabilization solve these problems? These are not the answers to the problems we face. It&#x27;s embarrassing!)</p><p>Sen.
