MANILA -- A  lawyer said Sunday he sees &quot;potential Constitutional infirmities&quot; or violations against the Constitution that he thinks were made by lawmakers when they impeached Vice President Sara Duterte.&quot;Unang-una nakita naman natin at hindi naman siguro natin maipagkakaila na minadali [&#x27;yung aksyon sa fourth impeachment complaint.] Nakakatawa kasi una nagdilly-dally &#x27;yung unang tatlong [impeachment complaint] biglang &#x27;yung pang-apat minadali,&quot; Atty. Michael Henry Yusingco, an independent policy analyst and Constitutionalist, said in an interview with TeleRadyo Serbisyo&#x27;s Story Outlook.The lawyer also cited the House of Representatives&#x27; rules wherein if lawmakers would sign the impeachment, they should sign and swear an oath in front of the Secretary General -- which he thinks did not happen.&quot;Sa palagay ko hindi nangyari &#x27;yun kasi isipin mo naman 215 &#x27;yun.
