MANILA — The case of a patrolman in hot water for Facebook posts criticizing Philippine National Police leadership and President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. show underscores the need for strict screening of personnel, the Palace said, adding the entry-level officer had displayed &quot;red flags&quot; since 2003.Palace Press Officer Undersecretary Claire Castro said the case of Patrolman Francis Steve Fontillas of the Quezon City Police District is an isolated one.&quot;Meron po pala talagang reklamo na dito sa pulis na involved, may red flag regarding sa kanyang health condition.
