Sepe Jr., ABS-CBN News/File</em></span></span></span></div><p>MANILA — Former Duterte spokesperson Harry Roque could be placed under the watchlist of the International Criminal Police Organization or Interpol if a court issues a warrant for his arrest, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) said Wednesday.</p><p>Many were confused how Roque emerged at The Hague in the Netherlands despite a standing arrest warrant for him from the House of Representatives for skipping its inquiry into the Philippine offshore gaming operators.</p><p>Roque has been accused of links to the operations of an offshore gaming hub in Porac, Pampanga that was raided earlier last year for illegal activities.
